about us
Our style of therapy is open and direct. We believe establishing a solid, trusting relationship is critical to working effectively with anyone, but particularly children and adolescents. The primary therapeutic technique we use is talking. The counseling we do is shaped by several theories including psychoanalytic psychotherapy, developmental, systems, and cognitive behavioral.
Our practice covers all stages of life from childhood through end of life transitions.
